"Our furnace died early Saturday morning. We called a few companies on their emergency 24 hour line and they confirmed a visit in 3 to 4 days...not much of emergency help. Then we got to BW Bouwman...not only did he answer his own phone (all the previous ones were call centers)..but he immediately assessed the issue and resolved it quickly. He took the time to explain what was happening and empowered us with knowledge. Top notch service 👌...definitely the only company we will deal with...Thank You!"

"Thank you BW Bouwman !! These guys are so great! I had two major issues - one with my hot water on demand system that heats my whole house and a second sewer back up issue. They came to my rescue so quickly even though they are extremely busy! Great at prioritizing urgent jobs. Great staff, friendly and knowledgeable and timely! I would give them ten stars if I could. Thanks again! They will be my go to for yearly maintenance and recommendations!"

"Always friendly and upfront, great crew that works there they seem to work very well with eachother as a team and quality of work is pretty good, I had 1 bad encounter with a sump pump I had installed but when I called back and spoke with the owner about the install they offered to fix their errors. Which I have not had a chance to collect on but I will update when I get a chance. But as it sits right now I highly recommend their services! They're knowledgeable and respectful."

"Called on a weekend for my elderly father to have someone come out and unclog the main drain pipe leading to the septic tank. They had someone out in a couple of hours and fixed the issue. The plumber was friendly, efficient and even happy to work the weekend. The cost was very reasonable. Thanks to Barry and his staff."

"Best Plumbing Company I have ever had come out. I had 3 other companies out (because they are so busy but I see why) and spent over $1000 and no one could fix my problem. Stephen was very knowledgeable and had my problem fixed in under an hour with a $40 part. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED I will be sending all my family and friends here."

"A big thanks to Brian and the guys at BW. Our furnace started failing on Tuesday.Woke up Wednesday and house was losing temp. Called Brian Wednesday and he had a crew over Thursday morning. Temp was -29 and house was down to 17. Guys had the furnace changed out and heat back on before 1:00pm. Great job and very appreciated."

"Robert came out to my house to fix a bathtub leak (which was behind the tub surround) he quickly assessed it and fixed what needed to be fixed (without having to cut the surround). I was very impressed and will definitely use them again!"

"Have been in multiple times to ask questions and they are really patient with people (like me) who don't know much. Also had them out to our place nearby to do work. Friendly, professional team. Would recommend!!"
